This line includes a series of concentrated powder products that have the function of flavoring ice cream with the desired taste, characterizing its flavor. These products are easily dispersed in cold ice-cream mixtures, thus allowing the desired taste to be obtained quickly.
SUPER PAN GIO
Complete cold product to be added to the Base Latte to give the ice cream a delicate and enveloping taste of cream. Free of vegetable fats, it is excellent for making Fiordilatte, Stracciatella, and for all occasions in which you want to get an ice cream with a delicate note of fresh cream.
Dosage 10-15 g per liter of mixture
CHEESECAKE
Complete cold product, fat-free, to make an ice cream that faithfully reproduces the authentic flavor of the famous American cake.
Dosage 40g per liter of already stabilized mixture
MASCARPONE
Produced for cold use to be added to the Base to give the ice cream the typical full and creamy aroma of fresh mascarpone without vegetable fats.
Dosage 30 g per liter of already stabilized mixture
LIMONE 50
Product in concentrated powder to obtain, with the sole addition of sugar and water, the fresh and natural taste of lemon sorbet.
Dosage 50 g per liter of water
